This double A side features legendary American guitarist Duke Levine (Pete Wolf and the Midnight Travelers, Mary Chapin Carpenter). The second track, Vortex of Unknowing, with its lush Latino overtone, features Humberto Pena on lead vocals, accompanied by Antonia Courcier (soprano) and Sunny Pena Courcier (sax).
A 2 track digital release of jazz-fusion compositions recorded live in the studio with a stellar line up including Richard Bailey (drums), John ‘JT’ Thompson (bass), Karl Vanden Bossch (percussion) and Paul Booth (sax).

This gospel, funk, blues instrumental single features talents of John Thompson (bass), Perry Mellius (drums), Ed Jones (sax), Tom Walsh (trumpet), Patrick Hayes (trombone), Michael (guitar, piano). Also background vocals by LCCM singers.
THE DARK NIGHT OF THE
‘Dark Night of the Blue Butterfly’ is a soundtrack to a film currently in development.
A sensual piano is echoed by gentle harp and shimmering strings. Unresolved endings and dark cello tones hint at danger to come.
THE JAZZ AMBASSADORS
America planned to win hearts around the world during the Cold War with the help of America’s most influential jazz artists. The soundtrack features Mark Mondesir (drums), Karl Rasheed Abel (bass), Freddie Gavita, Tom Walsh, Kevin Robinson (trumpet), Paul Booth, Graeme Blevins, Patrick Clahar (sax) and Fayyaz Virji and Dennis Rollins (trombone).
FINDING YOUR FEET
This heartwarming film featuring Imelda Staunton, Timothy Spall, Celia Imrie, Joanna Lumley and David Heyman is beautifully scored by Michael highlighting his string writing with some light jazzy touches and a warm, uplifting feel.
